1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Baristo Technologies provides software development, web development, mobile app development, and IT solutions.

Services will be delivered as per the agreed project scope and proposal.

Changes or additions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

3. Payments

All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation/proposal.

Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Final delivery will be made only after full payment is received.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information, content, and approvals needed for the project.

Delays in providing information may result in project timeline extensions.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final product will be transferred to the client.

Baristo Technologies retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Baristo Technologies is not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business due to the use of our services.
• Issues caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways).

8. Revisions & Support

Minor revisions are included as per the agreed package.

Additional revisions or ongoing support may require a separate maintenance agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

Payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
